Phoned in response to my advert for a bathroom revamp. Without even coming to see what I wanted and measure up, I was given a figure of 10k. When refuted by my self, was advised that due to a difference in budget they would not waste their time. 10k for a small family bathroom is badly over priced. First thing mentioned was that labour and material prices have gone up. Wouldnt reccomend based of that mere phone call. Can not comment on the quality of work. More...

I'm sorry you felt this way from the short phone call with one of our sales team. In response to the review, the request for your new bathroom was Tiling floor to ceiling, which means taking off previous tiles and re-skimming plaster work, a new marine board on the floor, electrical work with an official certificate. All new units. New Bath and Shower. Not to mention use of our waste certificate for proper disposal. We have done many jobs of similar size and based on the information you provided we advised a price of £8333 + VAT. You told us you had a quote for less then half of our estimated price. Our work comes with a 5 year guarantee as standard. We wish you well for your new bathroom suite.
