We had the solar panels installed - were given the right information as to what we needed to have installed as per new build requirements. Highly professional. Cleaned up after themselves. Kept us informed throughout for when they needed to do things with the electrics or to work in the different areas.

One of the main plus points with me. I thoroughly recommend them. The installation itself caused no disruption Lee ,Olly and the other guys were friendly ,explaining everything they were doing as they went along.We had one small hitch in that one of the batteries had software incompatible with the other and at that point I thought this is happening today, but having disappeared to get a correct battery, within45 minutes they were back and it was all up and running .We have been lucky with the winter sun to give the system a good test and have been pleasantly surprised that with 8 panels the batteries charged up to 96% on one of the sunny days. I was so nervous about which company to get for this installation as I didn’t know anyone who could make a personal recommendation but I am very happy I went with my gut feeling after talking to Lee that I should go with them. An excellent company to use commencing with first contact with them. The estimation and survey were carried out promptly and all my questions were answered politely and in full. On the agreed date of installation Lee and his team arrived at my property on time. They quickly went over the installation plans to ensure that I was still satisfied with them and then commenced work. Apart from the internal work being carried out I hardly knew they were there. Absolutely brilliant installation, clean and tidy and that's coming from a very critical wife.
We had a bit of a problem with the fuse board after the installation, Ollie the electrician was back at our house at 7:45 in the evening and sorted everything out with his chirpy manner in 10 minutes, brilliant . We selected Professional Energy Solutions after some detailed online research, checking their reviews, an on-site inspection and speaking directly with the MD Lee Peries. We have been delighted with the PV Solar Panel & Battery Storage installation that they carried out for us. Lee and his team of 4 installers have provided us with exactly what we were looking for which was a discrete installation, no visible ducting or cable runs and with all the equipment hidden away in the loft. The work was carried out carefully, respectfully and above all efficiently, in just one day. Since then I've delighted in checking regularly on the Monitoring APP to see how much energy the panels have been producing and how long we've managed to stay "off grid". I was very impressed by Lee and the team at Professional Energy Solutions. They have done a high quality job, in a quicker timeframe than I was expecting. We contracted just before the Covid Omicron wave hit and it was clear they were very conscious of everyone's health and safety. It meant the installation of the panels and the electrical work were done separately, but this meant the work happened as quickly as possible. Painless from beginning to end. Everything was explained by Lee and installed exactly as he described. There was no forceful sale, just explanation.

He told us when the scaffold would go up and come down and I have to say that the scaffolders were pleasant, the fitters, the electricians, everyone.

Very professional technicians. Work quilckly with the minimum of disruption. Value for money & highly reccomended

We are based in Kent but Lee made the journey after we had seen their good work in Staines. Would recommend. Lee communicated well throughout the whole process, from planning, to installation and set up. On installation day the team arrived on time and got the panels up and running in a single day. Is worth being on site during the installation to sort out any small questions, but there were very few. The electrics have to be switched off at times during the install, so worth planning if you are working from home. Lee talked us through the whole set up when it was done and showed us where everything was, including drone footage of the roof, which was a great help as our panels are quite inaccessible. All in all we are pleased with the work and the PVs have been working well so far, even though it is the middle of winter and the shortest days. More...
