Being a first time home buyer my partner and I didn't have a clue about what to do in regards to purchasing and mortgages. In our initial appointment Rob sat with us and explained the process from start to finish and didnt continue with the application until we were both happy and all of our questions were answered. When it came to the mortgage application itself he compared with numerous lenders and advised us on which would best suit us. It all just seemed very easy and all the stresses of buying a house were non existant. Through out the whole process Rob was only a phonecall or email away and any questions we had, he was very quick to reply and give us an answer. I recently used Rob with the purchase of my first Property with my boyfriend.
