Steve and Matt from Provision .. really went the extra mile , We were let down by another company for a charity cycle ride in July . . I called Provision and Matt couldn't do enough for us .. not only did they turn around the cycle jerseys in less than a week , Steve met me on a M6 service station and personally delivered them the day before the ride .. the quality of the jersey's were superb .. and I would highly recommend Provision to anyone . Updated review. I initially posted a negative review about ProVision after an unfulfilled order and poor comms. I have now been contacted personally by Ben, the sales manager, who has apologised for the mix up and explained exactly what went wrong, sometimes an explanation is all that’s needed to manage Ones expectations. I’d like to thank Ben for helping deal with my complaint in a quick and professional way. My gilet has now arrived and as expected is of excellent quality and would cost three times as much if it had Castelli written on it. Their products are really of a high standard. Purchased a gilet and leg warmers at the bike show from Provision, a lot cheaper then the more high profile names but just as good if not better. Personally having larger then normal legs for a road cyclist the leg warmers fit spot on, and the gilet is water and wind proof and so light and easy to chuck on and off great bits of kit. More...

Great quality, well fitting kit at prices that don't break the bank. The chamois in the bib shorts is better than some more expensive kit I own and kept me comfortable throughout a 12 hour time trial.
