I needed a tyre changed at 6 pm on a Friday. While I was travelling home in another home, these guys sent one of their people round to check the tyres of my car and make sure they had the right make. I was pretty impressed with their forward-thinking, compared to the excuses I got from their competitors ('you have to pay upfront', 'we're fully booked till tomorrow', etc). They changed the car tyre that evening and the price was very reasonable.
