How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We work with our clients on creating a bespoke menu for their party, we also have sample menus for them to have a look at, they may wish to try something new.
What do you love most about your job?
I love creating dishes that make people smile, great food and good company is one of the best experiences a person can have.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started Privée to be able to provide excellent restaurant cookery away from a typical restaurant setting. Taking traditional flavours, elevated by modern techniques. Bringing you luxury dishes with provenance, sustainability, technical flair, excellent presentation and most importantly flavour, into the comfort and privacy of your own home.
