I felt very comfortable sharing with Joanna. I struggle sharing with people in general. She was understanding and gave me practical tools I can use everyday to help with my anxiety. I recommend seeing Joanna for help with high pressure careers and stress management. I will see Joanna again in the future. More...

The best decision I have ever made.
I have been coping (not well) with PTSD for a most of my adult life affecting my relationship, career and family.
After only 3 weeks of seeing Joanna I feel more in control over the way I feel and the panic attacks and mood swings are a thing of the past. I will keep seeing Joanna regularly to help with maintaining my progress. Highly recommended!

Q&As

It takes a lot to admit to ourselves that we need help. I admire my clients for asking for support and actively look for change.
I love working to support people through sometimes, the toughest parts of life, no matter how unique.

I wanted to create a safe network of therapists. Ones that clients would know they are registered, qualified with high standards of practice.
It is important to know you're in safe hands, especially when you're sharing your vulnerable side.
