I registered my son for the swimming crash course starting on 8th august and paid £46.50 in advance at the front desk. But we have to cancel the course and I informed them on 3rd august at the front desk they deleted my son from the course also I sent an email on the same day and requested a refund. The deputy manager of the sports centre sent an email to me and mentioned that they do not do any refund according to their terms and conditions which I have never seen before.
