It was a very pleasurable experience. Richard was most helpful in suggesting various menu options. Pre-event communication was good and on the evening Richard was spot on time, took over the kitchen and let my wife and I entertain our guests.
The quality and presentation of the food was superb, drawing very favourable comments and applause from our guests.
I have subsequently forwarded Richard's details to four guests who think they might use his services in the future. He will be top of the list when I need chef services again.

Mr Beans contacted me because he'd heard that I was trying to put together some reading hampers for our families at school and to go with the books on offer we really wanted something to encourage getting settled with a story at home. Mr Beans very kindly offered to donate two packets of his freshly ground coffee and even delivered it to us! Although I didn't get to taste the coffee as it was a prize I can say that when I opened the package it smelt absolutely incredible and when I run out at home I will be placing my own order with Mr Beans. At last, I’ve found a coffee that was full of flavour, without the bitterness I’ve found with other brands. My absolute favourite was the Colombian, but then again, I would happily buy the Costa Rican again.

I thought I'd give a local firm a go. The coffee is top notch!!! Freshly baked bread from your local bakery is the way forwards. . Agree? What do you love most about your job?
The best part of my job is being able to create different menus for each event then making it come together on the night and seeing the guests reaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been a chef for a long time and really wanted to push myself even further and create a memorable experience
Why should our clients choose you?
We always go above and beyond to make the dinner exceptional from myself going around local farm shops to source the best ingredients, using developed cooking techniques learnt in Paris to create mouthwatering food and with great customer relations, it all come together in what i love to do.
