My signature dish it is a subtle version of a Surf 'n Turf.
It is a cold appetizer, light yet packed with flavours and nutrients

I will start by understanding the client's needs, dietary requirements and taste preferences. I will also look at what is currently popular in the market and the industry to create a menu that stands out and is up to date

Being a private chef it is very challenging and I love a good challenge.
It is a very rewarding job knowing that a client will enjoy a very good and fresh meal with family and friends in the comfort of their own home and without having to lift a finger for it.

There a re more and more people that would rather spent quality time at home with their loved ones instead of going out to crowded and noisy restaurants or pubs where satisfaction is not guaranteed.
The level of attention to detail in the restaurant industry it is dropping at an alarming rate at the moment and its a shame. With a Private Chef the client can rest assured will get his undivided attention.
