Claire is a good cleaner and sociable but the reason why I’m rating her so low is that she’s not very reliable. She’s missed two of our sessions since we started back in October last year! She also doesn’t communicate that she will miss the session. The current session she missed, she didn’t even respond to explain why she missed it. I think this is very rude and unprofessional. The least any person should do when they stand someone they’ve arranged an appointment with is to get in contact to explain why. I’m very disappointed I wasn’t even offered this basic courtesy. Claire’s very good at what she does, always makes my house was squeaky cleaned, and the little things she does with the tissue in the toilet is so cute 👌🏾

I’ve been using Claire weekly now, for a good few months and I must honestly say that it’s been such a great experience. Her attention to detail is outstanding. She does a fantastic job and leaves the house smelling beautiful. Her organisation, and timing is great and the effort put into glass and mirrored areas is second to none. She’ll leave your taps and shower screens looking brand new and the kids are amazed at the lovely finishing/decorative touches she’ll surprise them with after each visit. I highly recommend.
