Have physio here. Lovely offices and work areas. Parking is ridiculous. The biggest, emptiest car park ever but visitors can’t park there. Could easily give space to visitors especially those who come miles and don’t know the area! Using Asda’s busy car park is just the stupidest idea ever when Kings Court has massive, unused parking every day! More...

Not impressed that no visitors can park on site. Pouring with rain and had to park at Asda, hadn't been made aware beforehand. Following response from Kings Court - I must add that I did try to park on site and was told KC had no visitor parking at all. I did complain at the time due to the inclement weather. I have visited a number of times and (1) not been made aware, or seen building works being carried out and (2) no visitor parking only allocated parking for staff and disabled visitors. More...

The business centre has had a recent refurb to a very pleasant, modern and high tech space. The staff are very personable and keen to do anything they can to help. The facilities are very professional and the decor and atmosphere very enjoyable. Highly recommended for business meetings or other commercial uses for high spec spaces. More...

Q&As

Perhaps the most commonly talked about benefit of a career in care is how fulfilling it is. Every day, you're helping someone in need and making their lives that little bit easier. And knowing that you make a difference to their day provides a real sense of achievement that's difficult to experience in any other role.

I am a highly experienced Registered General Nurse (with Oncology experience) and also Specialist Public Health Practitioner (Health Visiting).I gained experience of working in an acute setting for a considerable time where I was one of the senior members of staff supervising newly qualified nurses as well as new members of the team. I also experienced in looking after Palliative Care patients giving both physical and psychological support. With this experience I am well equipped to run my own business.
I also gained experience of working with Looked after Children supporting both the carers as well as the children by doing Health assessments and health promotion and liasing with other members of the multidisciplinary Team.

Priority Plus Care Ltd will supply reliable, qualified care staff to clients who require care in their homes. The service will be tailor made to meet each clients’ individual needs. The care to our clients will be provided to clients in regular 30-minute visits, day-long care for example in eight-hour shifts, round the clock 24-hour care or anything in between.
As an organisation, we will thrive to ensure that those who use our service will experience excellent care by involving the person and their family in the plan of care that will be delivered by caring, competent and compassionate staff.

As an organisation we follow guidelines from the department of Health and Social Care(DHSC).We provide all our carers with safe conditions of work , complying with all applicable legislation.
All our carers are undergo training in infection control and are provided with the necessary PPE to carry out the required services. Effective and appropriate use of PPE is only part of the actions to take in reducing the transmission of COVID-19. The prevention and control of COVID-19 requires the inclusion of other measures including enhanced cleaning, ventilation, keeping a safe distance and hand hygiene.
Our carers will perform hand hygiene immediately before every episode of care and after any activity or contact that potentially results in your hands becoming contaminated. This includes after the removal of PPE, equipment decontamination and waste handling. Every carer will carry hand sanitiser or cleaning wipes if there may not be suitable facilities for washing their hands in a client’s home. We have organisation’s policies and procedures on monitoring client lists for individuals who are symptomatic or confirmed with COVID-19.
The COVID-19 vaccination programme has been rolled out across the country and as an organisation we encourage all our staff to be fully vaccinated. Those in receipt of domiciliary care and care workers delivering care in people’s homes are the most high - risk groups.
Our carers will wear gloves , disposable plastic aprons which are for single use and fluid repellant surgical masks for each visit to protect the client and the care giver

Services

Priority Plus Care Ltd are passionate about supporting you to continue living independently in your own home. That’s why we provide a range of home care services – also referred to as domiciliary care services – that can be entirely tailored to your unique needs, including companionship and full-time live-in care.
We can help with many every day and household tasks. Personal care is great for those who need help at home bathing, getting dressed or ready for bed and remembering medication
The flexibility of our home care services enables you to live safely and comfortably in the place you know best – your home. We offer daily care visits

Live in care is the perfect option for staying comfortably and safely at home, without the potential disruption of moving into residential care or necessarily having to sell a property. Live-in care can also be a more affordable option than a care home. Change can be disruptive and unbalancing, as can the process of settling into a completely new environment such as a hospice or hospital. Fully managed end-of-life home care lets you or a family member stay at home, surrounded by loved ones and special comforts.
At Priority Plus Care Ltd we can provide as much or as little support as your loved one needs. In fact, we’ve developed our live-in service to give you maximum flexibility based on the amount of one to one contact time required

We offer support for individuals with learning disabilities assisting individuals to live full and independent lives. We want to offer them opportunities to live fulfilled lives regardless of their circumstances or conditions.

We enable each person to develop the abilities they need to move on to the next stage in their lives, all the while ensuring their support constantly evolves and adapts around them to meet their changing needs and goals

We will work with you to determine the appropriate care plan and package for you to make sure that the service we provide is efficient and effective in assisting you to get the most out of your life.
We deliver support that.
