I discuss my clients likes, dislikes and favourite or most memorable ingredients and create a menu featuring their favourite flavours.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating a memorable special occasion for each client.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The freedom of being my own boss whilst still doing exactly what I love, cooking!
