Home & Domiciliary Care
I have an aunt aged 98 who needed care in her home twice daily. I had trouble finding a suitable company with availability.
I was approached by William from Prestige Health and Social Care and after doing a bit of checking decided to try them.
We had a meeting and the guy was very personable and knowledgeable about the situation and he introduced me to the lady who would be visiting my aunt.
It all went very well and I was more than satisfied with every aspect of the service. Sadly after a short time the circumstances changed and my aunt had to go into residential care but if she is able to return home I wouldn’t hesitate. I would be straight back to them for a resumption of service.
I wish them well. They deserve to flourish. Thanks William.

How long have you been in business?
Prestige Health & Social Care was registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in January 2023 for Domiciliary care. Our leadership has been in the care sector working with the elderly in various care homes/Nursing homes for over 20 years.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We do not bring equipment to our clients home. Our clients will have to provide their own equipment tailored to their care needs. We as a care provider will provide supplies like PPE's for the care we provide at the individual's own home.
What do you love most about your job?
Giving the quality of care that brings a smile on the individuals face
What inspired you to start your own business?
After over 20 years experience working in the sector, I decided to start my own business to give back to the community what I have learnt over this 20 years period within the sector and also to help improve the care service within the community.
Why should our clients choose you?
We make sure people are at the centre of their care and treatment choices. We decide in partnership with them, how to respond to any relevant changes in their needs. We have inclusive leaders at all levels who understand the context in which we deliver care, support and treatment.

Due to the nature of service we provide, and personal care, we only provide a face to face physical care services
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our staff are vaccinated with covid-19 vaccines and are well trained to follow Covid-19 national guidelines policy to protect others from contracting the virous.
