How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
First I try and get an understanding of what they want. Try and educate them on the healthiest way to obtain said goals and set a schedule and routine they can commit to that’s realistic.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
I would say consistency but effective consistency. Knowing why you’re doing exercises and finding what you enjoy doing.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to teach people about how fun exercise can be. I love being able to see people push past their limits and be motivated to come back. Life can be stressful and if I can have a friend / client relationship and better someones life I’m more than happy to do so.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve always been someone who’s felt working for themselves is the best for the way that I am. I am always willing to learn and adapt & have worked for others for a long time.
Why should our clients choose you?
This is something I’ve been apart of for almost all of my life, I love helping others and sharing my passion for boxing & fitness. I know how intimidating a gym & exercise can be so I like to give a warming approach to exercise & fitness.

Yes this is possible as I give video calls as well as custom tailored workout programs that we will adjust so we meet your needs as often as possible.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am able to give virtual sessions / customize our sessions so they can be done virtually or with the option of being socially distanced.
