Having found Prestige Air on the Bark site, I called and spoke to Matt. He was both informative and helpful and agreed to visit the following day which was impressive.
Having agreed a rate to carry out the install of two Daikin aircon units, he booked in the works the following week.

Matt is fantastic, responses to any request promptly, no matter it is a weekday or weekend. After a few changes in order, we decided to go with two single split air conditioners, the installation was very smooth, the job was completed in around 8 hours and, the work was very neat and no trouble whatsoever. Highly recommended.

I honestly can’t recommend Prestige Air enough! Matt provided a wonderful service. I had 5 units installed in my house in total and was having a loft conversion done at the time of install. Matt was patient with my builders, pleasant and professional the entire time even though he had to keep coming back to install different units at different times which depended on the builders work. The install is pristine; all the pipe work and wiring were chiselled into the walls so everything is nicely concealed. His prices were also the most reasonable I found for the work I wanted. If you’re wanting air-con installed there’s no point looking elsewhere honestly, no one else will do a better job. Good initial contact with Amber, making sure she properly understood what was needed to allow the calls to be done on unit sizing etc. Quotation provided in a timely manner.
Worth noting that the interest free offer at the time when I wanted my system installed wasn't available - not a problem and certainly didn't stop me from proceeding.
Matt turned up on the time and date as promised, discussed the project and set about the task in a well ordered manner. Minor change was needed on the install which he handled well, and he completed the job in good time.
