About

COVID-19 Update:
I am once again offering facde-to-face treatments alongside remote video appointments for clients who still feel uncomfortable accessing public buildings. There are Covid-19 protocols of course, we have to do a screening questionnaire in advance and I'll require you to wear a face covering whilst in the building.

Tim's work on my back, arms and legs has done wonders for my flexibility and ease of movement, of paramount importance when living on a boat!

Well I was in a bit of a mess with considerable back, neck, shoulder and arm pain and very restricted movement. Tim has gradually worked through each issue methodically and very effectively making a significant difference to my life. I will always be indebted to Tim for his genuine care and the significant improvement he has made to my situation. Could not recommend Tim enough. More...

Really happy with my sessions with Tim, he explains what he's doing and so far results have been very positive and I've noticed a big improvement.

Q&As

I love the fact that this new career still enables me to help other people, and I am very passionate about the fact that I know that I will be learning more about the human body and manual therapy techniques for the rest of my life. I love that my treatments strike a balance between usually offering some immediate relief from pain or improving movement for clients, whilst also laying down the foundations of longer term change and better mobility. Additionally to that my own mobility and wellbeing is now firmly at the centre of my effectiveness as a therapist, which is the best motivation possible to be pro-active about looking after my own posture and flexibility.
