I really enjoy the diversity of the services I offer as it gives me an opportunity to use all the experience I have gained over a long working life. I love the challenges that each service offers as no two business are the same and things will therefore never become routine.

Starting my own business has been a dream of mine for many years and when I then found myself being made redundant due to the Corona situation, I saw it as a chance to realise my dream.

I have worked in a number of different companies and have frequently seen the need for getting, particularly admin, tasks done and no one in the business either capable or having the time to do them. Therefore a person was often hired in on a temporary contract or the task was "dumped" on an existing employee, which can lead to the task not being done to the quality it should and a potentially unhappy and disengaged employee. Getting a "Temp" is can be costly as it is very often done through recruitment agencies, who naturally need to have their costs covered along with making a profit.
By choosing Premium Admin Assistance there is no agency fee to pay and you only pay for the service and time you need.

All services can be provided both online, remotely and in person at your location. Together we will work out which solution is best for you.

Being a very newly started business I have simply followed the Government guidelines and been fortunate to be able to primarily working alone in my customer's premises and thereby keeping their main staff safe.

Services

Basic regular bookkeeping, raising of invoices to your customers and bank reconciliation. I am not a Chartered Accountant so I do not offer preparation of your final HMRC accounts or VAT but am happy to liaise with your Accountant for this.

Event Management can include all parts of an event from finding a venue and negotiating price to being hostess during the event itself if required, it all depends of the brief given by you.

Office management could be attending your office on a regular basis and make sure all necessary stationery and other materials are available, maybe even liaise with the cleaners and such.

If you do not already have an HR system in place, then I can investigate options and make recommendations depending on the size of your business. When it is implemented, then I can help you maintain it and ensure you are compliant at all times.

I can have a look at the administrative processes and procedures you already have in place and see if anything can be done differently to improve things and help you maintain these.

I am used to having difficult and confidential conversations with employees and managers at all levels.

I have managed the payroll run for the past 5 years for 20-80 people. This included adjustments for starters and leavers along the way and set-up and management of mandatory employer pension scheme.
