How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
They must have a minimum of hieght clearance of 2.5m from the bottom of the ridge inside the loft to the floor of the current timber within the loft space once the steel gurders are installed in below the ridge and also the floor steel gurders are installed you should have a clearance of 2.1m roughly according to the size of steel installed depending on the weight calculated by you architect arcorrding to your house.
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
I will give you a brief description of the stages that involves in completing stage 1 is installing the steel gurders also know as RSJ beams once the steel is installed a building inspector must come and check your installation once thats been approved you can start installing all the floor joist and and the roof rafters and start building your Dormer once the der is installed and wired and plumbed and made water tight the 100mm celtox insulation must be installed once youve got to this stage you must book another inspection by the building inspector and must come and approve the insualtion befor you can board up and plaster the loft ready to complete the loft.

Ive been im the trade for over 15years how i got in this trade was my family have been doing loft conversion for over 25years once my uncle had retired i decided to open my own construction company ive been trading for over 5 years and hope to be trading for a long time and pass this company down to the family.
What guarantee does your work come with?
All our work come with a Completion certificate from the building inspector and electrical and Plumbing & heating certification for all new works installed remember if you dont get these certificate your building insurance could be void if these isnt provided

What inspired you to start your own business?
After my uncles retirement i decided to start my own business and i have always been a entrepreneur and love what i do special seeing how the project is finished from what its use to be to what the finish product this always makes me smile.
