What do you love most about your job?
Finding great tenants new homes or rooms! I love the adventure from viewing to move-in date after checking that the tenant ticks all the boxes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to become my own boss and help others on their journey by finding them their potential forever homes.

Our future property management clients should choose us because we provide the local knowledge needed to sell the properties we manage. Apart from our knowledge of our local area, we are proactive property managers, versatile enough to have difficult conversations about areas and on the reverse of the coin provide empathy and support for a long term tenant that may be struggling with finances due to the recent pandemic.

Our property management services are not completely remote as we need to be present to provide access and meet with the tenants.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We ask all our potential tenants to wear a mask and abide by social distancing rules when joining us on viewings.
We have also been asking in a polite fashion as possible that they do not touch many things as they are shown around the property.
All of these measures have prevented COVID-19 from affecting our existing tenants.
