Can’t recommend this company enough! Friendly, honest and reliable! Precision Contractors were so helpful from start to finish on our extension. As young home owners and our first extension they were patient with all our questions and worries and really made us feel secure in our choice to choose them to do our build. They were professional from the beginning ensuring that they understood what we wanted, and efficient in making sure that everything was up to the latest building standards as well as keeping us updated along the process. We liked the fact that at every stage, everything was explained to us and the finer details were double checked. Nothing was a silly question and they really looked after us; respecting our property ensuring everything was in order, tidy, accessible and secure. We instructed Precision on our 6 figure project shortly after moving in. They weren’t the cheapest but equally not the most expensive either. The project included a large rear extension with a pitched roof, skylights, some VERY large steels, internal works to create additional rooms, all electricals, all plumbing, plastering and kitchen fitting etc as well as re-routing mains water pipes. They took care of all building control requirements along the way also.
Jack, Sam and their team worked tirelessly in a range of weather conditions (verging on the ridiculous at times) to keep the project moving forward. As with any older property, we were thrown a few challenges along the way, all of which were dealt with in a proactive, professional and fair manner… as well as good humour. What a team! I honestly don’t have the right words to thank you all enough. From start to finish you have all been absolutely incredible and the extension, drive & garden patio are even better than we could have ever imagined. Any worries or concerns you always put my mind at rest instantly and the communication was top class all the way through.
A special thank you to Jack who I could turn to at anytime with any questions who gave me confidence and reassurance. It’ll feel weird not having to you guys around (something I never thought I’d say about having builders in the house).

I have been extremely impressed, from start to finish, by the service and work undertaken to install a dormer to an existing loft conversion.

Sam responded almost immediately to my request for a quote and then quickly visited me to survey the room that I wanted extended. He clearly explained what needed to be done and very quickly provided me with a very competitive quote.

Sam/Jack dealt with all aspects of the conversion including obtaining the necessary approval from the planning authority, complying with building regulations. The Building Inspector approved all the work that had been undertaken with flying colours!

I must compliment Jack and his workmen for their politeness and for being so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They cleaned up after each stage and took great care not to damage my home.

The quality of the work was outstanding and Sam/Jack frequently inspected the work done at every stage to ensure it met with their very high standards and my expectations. If I asked for anything to be changed it was never a problem. I very much appreciated Sam’s professional advice and the outcome.

I was so impressed by the workmanship that I asked Sam/Jack to undertake additional work such as laying block paving on my drive and patio area. Also I had concerns about the drainage at my property. Sam very quickly identified the problem which required modifying the existing sewer. The work was completed in 2 days with minimal disruption.
