We have little personal contact with Praise Mercy Homecare. Cleaner Pauline Kabah is reliable and excellent worker and we are very happy with her. We know shis is at the mercy of public transport and always informs us if the buses are late. Sometimes the buses are taken off the route altogether during weekday mornings and she always informs us when this occurs. To sum up we are very happy with Pauline and Praise Mercy. More...

Praise Mercy cleaners are of the highest quality as their cleaners (ours is called Pauline) go the extra mile, and can think out themselves solutions to minor problems. Baluta has been very good and if she misses an area she does not object to this being pointed out on her next visit. She does clean very well.
My only disappointment with the Firm is that she comes from mid-morning, which eats into the afternoon. I would prefer an early start i.e. 9 a.m. More...

Thank you to the team at Praise Mercy. They came to assess and quote the hours (4 needed) They sent 2 people instead for 2 hours and this went a little over, so in the end 5 hours total. I was really impressed. They worked well together, were thorough & hard working. We were comfortable with them in the house & happy to have them around the kids & dogs.
