What do you love most about your job?
, My interest in care began in my country of origin. Before moving to the UK, I was the primary carer for my elderly grandparents and a disabled younger sister. This experience inspired me to pursue a career as a support worker when I moved to the UK. Working in the health and social care environment has been very rewarding, and I have gained valuable care skills and developed the ability to provide quality care and support to the service Respect, Person-centred care, Individuality and Equality.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working with different care providers across Leicester, allowing me to experience health and social care in different setting, inspires me to start up a care company to give maintain development in the community and uphold standards of people.

Furthermore, support with emotional needs and personal care is central to our service, whilst maintaining a level of independence at home encouraging a sense of individuality and independence.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
This organisation believes that adherence to strict guidelines on infection control is of paramount importance in ensuring the safety of both service users and staff. It also believes that good, basic hygiene is the most powerful weapon against infection, particularly concerning hand washing and cleaning regularly.
Home and Domiciliary care services
As a company with management that includes a team with vast experience and with an open-door policy, we will have an added advantage where the management will be able to demonstrate a hands-on approach that will be exemplary in making sure that the service is well led. We will offer a service that is very responsive to the needs and concerns of service users.
