What do you love most about your job?
We LOVE meeting new people and making them happy. We understand how stressful renting can be, we've seen it from both a tenants and landlords perspective and we pride ourselves on making life a little bit easier for our customers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We started our property journey during lockdown and found that the property managers we were depending on, to keep our property healthy and our tenants happy, were not up to scratch. This left us wanting to make a difference, we wanted to provide both landlords and tenants with a stress free experience, helping them every step of the way.
Why should our clients choose you?
We're focused on letting, managing and maintaining all types of property in the North Yorkshire region. Our business is built on the experience we've gained from being landlords our selves. We know what tenants and homeowners want out of their property, and we like to keep things as simple as possible for everyone involved, without the stress and anxiety that comes with letting. Landlords come to us because we like to take care of everything and tenants come to us as they know we will provide them with a high quality property that they can really call their home. We work closely with our landlords to help them to build and enhance their portfolios, recognising the value in our honest advice.
