It's in a lovely old building, through a discreet black door from the street, you enter the charming interior. When I was there, sunlight was pouring in through the window. I went here for a pedicure with my mum last month and the two ladies were lovely. The service was great and although we thought it was a tad expensive it was definitely worth it. A month later and although my nails have grown out a bit it still hasn't chipped! And I didn't even get gels! I will definitely get my nails done here again. More...

I've been here for my beauty treatments a few times and can't rate it highly enough. On top of this they are one of the few places that give NHS discounts. I had a manicure today which as always I was pleased with but when I went to pay and presented my Powder loyalty card to have stamped, I was told they don't give you a stamp if you get NHS discount. This is a new policy and I thought the whole point of the discount was to give staff who do such a valued and important job the benefit of a slight reduction on treatments as an extra treat. Figuratively speaking, if we don't get the stamp now we're actually not gaining anything at all as people who don't work for the NHS and do get the stamps, can work towards money off treatments anyway. I took my daughter in there for a gel manicure on her birthday. We were both made to feel so welcome, the girls are super friendly . I was sitting waiting for my daughter and was also offered drinks and jokingly said no thank you but I am most jealous I'm not having my nails done too. They were very busy but squeezed me in. My nails weren't in the best of shape as I work outside but can't stop looking at them now as the lady did such a fantastic job. Highly recommend this salon. More...

I found this little gem of a place online. My daughter and I had a pamper package, facial, pedicure, back massage and eyebrow wax.
All were amazing. Our beauticians were extremely professional and friendly. Definately will be travelling back there again!

A tranquil haven in the centre of Brighton, this place is easily missed if you didn't know it was here. As soon as you walk up the stairs you are surrounded by a calm atmosphere, relaxing scents and soothing music. There are three floors of treatment rooms offering a wide range of beauty treatments. I had a neck, back & shoulder massage that lasted 25 minutes but I wish it was longer as I was sooo relaxed. I made my first visit to Powder Beauty Boutique for a bikini wax on 25/06/14 following a recommendation from a friend. I can see why my friend sang the salons praises - the treatment was fantastic and the staff were absolutely lovely.
It's often a struggle to find a high standard waxing service, but the superior hot wax treatment was as painless as it could have been, and the staff member (Marnie) was very thorough and put me at ease.
The salon itself is very unique with it's location in the south lanes and a shabby chic interior. I'd highly recommend Powder Beauty Boutique to anyone - I'll definitely be back to try out more treatments.

Exclusive look and feel about it but with a lovely warm and friendly welcome. Great vintage glamour decor and very professional and attentive staff made me feel really special.
Have recommended it to a friend already. Worth a visit for the jewellery alone.
