Mark is an excellent personal trainer. He has a very good understanding of medical issues and injuries which he uses to tailor your sessions to best help you. Mark also manages to keep the sessions interesting and varied in the exercises we do. Mark has been my personal trainer for 2 years now during which my posture has improved greatly which has lead to a reduction in the amount of migraines I have. I have been training with Mark for several years since I retired and decided I wanted to maintain a good level of fitness in my retirement. Before training commenced he carried out a thorough assessment and ascertained what my training goals were.
I have found Mark to be an inspirational personal trainer providing an individualised programme. He is certainly a great motivator and has constantly encouraged me to try new exercises. He challenges my own perception of what is possible for me to achieve and I’ve always found him to be right.
Only book sessions with Mark if you’re wanting to work hard as he pushes you to get the maximum benefit from every session if you’re fit and healthy. However I know he always adapts sessions to take account of any health issues or injuries his clients may have.
He always makes the hard work fun so I never find workouts boring.
8 years into retirement and I’m feeling fitter and more active than before. So pleased that Mark continued to provided sessions via zoom when the gym closed due to the pandemic.

I have been training with Mark now for a few years. Mark has extensive knowledge with sports injuries, fitness and nutrition. Mark takes the time to understand individuals needs and abilities. Having had a lot of injuries throughout life, I started PT with Mark 6 months ago, in pain, not fit or strong. He has helped me to build strength and heal at a pace that doesn’t trigger (this is not easy) and as a result I’m feeling stronger and healthier than I have for a long time. I assess my clients current fitness levels and current diet and adapt my training to suit each client as a individual.

Services

I offer one to one and group personal training sessions and although I specialise in posture correction and training clients with back issues I also help clients lose weight, tone up and improve their fitness.

I am a level 4 qualified trainer and also teach Pialtes.

Corporate fitness training aimed at helping clients with posture issues and some of the more common posture related inujuries that occur in the corporate sector

Online training has taken off since the pandemic and I do virtual personal training using Zoom and online Pilates classes.

I am experienced and quailified in Mat and Reformer Pilates.
