About

Positive Vibes Only is built on my own lived experience of fighting (and currently winning) my battle with a terminal cancer diagnosis.

I was told I had less than a year to live, 5 1/2 years on, I am currently living tumour free. Now, I want to support you through your adversity, trauma or life's struggles.

Q&As

Helping and supporting others, empathising, listening too and offering techniques and advice to guide people through a scary and mentally draining process.

My lived experience and enjoying the life I have lived, since being given a terminal diagnosis. If I can win my battle, then so can you. I think keeping yourself mentally positive and strong facilitates a positive reaction from your body to fight the illness.

I have faced my own mortality through my diagnosis. There aren't many people if any, offering mental health support whilst still going through treatment allows me to support people from a unique place and perspective.

This service is global. You can do all your sessions online, equally if you are local we can do sessions in person. It is open and available to everyone. I have access to Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and any other video conferencing tool you feel most comfortable to use.

Offering online sessions, to allow people to remain in the comfort of their own home keeping them shielded from COVID 19.

Services

Supporting peoples mental health during and through significant adversity.

Developing and creating coping mechanisms to manage and deal with your cancer diagnosis. Using perspective, self awareness and outward thinking I can help you re position the illness and allow you to focus all your energy on winning your battle.

Behind every cancer diagnosis there are family and friends, who all suffer and struggle to be the right support for the person impacted. Having been a huge benefactor of support from my wife, children, family and friends, I understand those indirectly affected need support too. Call me, I can help.
