I cannot recommend Pointers enough. Lauren has been amazing from our initial conversation when we were house hunting to the final stages of completion. Me and my boyfriend have just purchased our first house and Lauren explained everything in detail from mortgages to life insurance. She has continued checking in with us and helped us chase our solicitor and estate agent to keep things moving! Words cannot describe just how brilliant pointers and especially Lauren has been in helping me and my partner in buying our first house, any questions we have had no matter how silly have been answered in a professional and easy to understand way, getting a mortgage through pointers was simple and stress free! Both Mercedes and Lauren have been fantastic throughout the whole of the process for us. As first time buyers we’ve bombarded them with lots and lots of questions and they’ve always both been super quick to answer and to help us understand everything. We had to change lenders halfway through the process which should have been stressful but they made it so easy and seamless and meant that the delay was kept to a minimum.

You will never go wrong with Pointers financial. We were helped by Mercedes Orsborne, she was by our side throughout the journey from application until completion of purchase. She was very hands-on, and very reliable. She was available to answer all our questions and waa very patient with us, and responded very timely to emails. Mercedes did almost everything, we did not know anything about mortgages but she explained everything and made sure we get approved, and she did all the dirty work for us.
