STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY ONE STAR IS TO MANY FOR THEM, i have never dealt with such a shambles of a company from, not communicating with you, sending work men to access your property with out telling you, to damaging your property and doing nothing about it, to trying to put pressure on and charge you for when you didn't even own the property. absolute terrible company and they just hide behind their keyboards emailing instead of speaking ion the phone. PMUK is a family firm that have been managing our small development for many years now. They are always quick to respond, ever-patient and friendly and have been marvellous at dealing with any problems we have encountered. I undertook the management of our small London estate of ten flats myself for a number of years until it reached the point where it would have involved taking a small number of shareholders to court to chase unpaid monies. At that point we looked for a property management company to take over the management - it had been very time-consuming, even with a small number of owners.
