At PM4U we specialise in Property Management from start to finish. Firstly, let us start the process of finding you quality tenants as soon as possible at a low-cost price.
We only want you to pay for the services that you require rather than pay for a package of things that you do not need.
With this in mind we can get your property listed and advertised on Zoopla, One Dome, On the Market, Prime Location, Net House Prices, Facebook Marketplace and other websites for a one-off payment of only £199 with No Renewal Fees.
To keep your costs down further you can do the viewings yourself. However, we do provide a viewing service for £300 if required until we find a tenant. (That is equivalent to only £41 per month for both The Tenant Find Service and Viewings when done by us)
FULL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We have created packages starting at £79/pcm for our Full Property Management Silver cover where you pay a flat fee no matter the income from your property. Our Gold package also protects your property with our home emergency breakdown cover (parts & labour included) and our Platinum cover also gives you the best Rent Guarantee & Eviction cover on the market.
