Terrible experience. I phoned to order a shower enclosed, the doors, base and riser kit. I had seen them online via B&Q and Victoria plumb for a similar price the guy quoted me but thought i would buy from a local company. After I confirmed to check twice that i had order the enclosure, doors, base and riser kit he even said yes that is everything you will need even the waste of course I ordered it. Unfortunately my plumber fitting the shower checked that it had arrived and them went to collect sand fitted. He then text me to say when is the shower doors/enclosure coming and when i checked with Plumbwise the guy basically called me a liar and said I hadn’t ordered the doors/enclosure. I then said to him i confirmed twice what exactly i ordered but instead of just saying obviously there’s been a mistake/miscommunication and offering anything he wasn’t interested couldn’t care a less. I wouldn’t recommend this company and would actively tell all my friends and family to never use this company. This is a shame as i am going to completely refurbish my house within the next.6 months and would have lived to use a local company like this. More...

I was impressed at the prompt reply to my request for an estimate to replace my old boiler. Arrangements were made for the next day. Shaun was very informative pointing out necessary pros and cons to my questions. I was happy to accept his quote and work was carried out shortly afterwards. The installation team were faultless in their work, and efficiently and diligently installed the new boiler to a high standard, cleaning up any mess as they went along. I have just had a bathroom refitted by Plumbwise . From the initial consultation to the actual fit , the service has been outstanding . All staff members have gone over and above to help! I was helped to design a bathroom that suited the room as it is very small and actually had what I never thought I could have . The plumber and tiler were absolutely amazing , both informing me of anything they needed to do on what was a very dated bathroom with old pipes etc . The finished result is beautiful and is finished to a very high standard …. Both were very professional yet friendly , just what you need ! I have used Plumbwise in the past when I urgently needed a new boiler due to a carbon monoxide leak , the my acted prompt and made sure I was safe . We have just had our shower done after waiting 3 months. We are pleased with Andrew's work he was very competent and a really nice guy. When we received the final bill it was considerably more that the original estimate we were given. The estimate was for two days work and the job took four days. Hi plumwise owner. Did you overhear the same conversation? I think not. He did not try to establish any toilet seat.i was not looking for a toilet seat. I wanted a single thread which I actually showed him., He took a quizzed look and said. No.i thought ok, and asked about a toilet seat price obviously with threads.His response was demeaning as I have explained. How did you overhear the conversation?.as I stood there at his desk I could see people further on, I could not hear what they were saying.was his desk bugged. Or was you having a bad day listening?. As for being Rude. Abrupt. Obnoxious , I have never even met you. What information does he need about a single thread?.you either stock them or you don't stock them. Shocking customer service, they messed my parents around for 8 weeks 'promising' a quote time and time again. After many phone calls with the rude American lady they gave up! Out of the blue the manager then offers to supply them with the quote by close of play the same day.......... guess what he never rang back either. Thank you Shaun, Dan, Dylan, Aidrian and all the Plumbwise team for providing and installing our new boiler. We promptly received a visit from Aidrian to discuss our requirements and the scope of works we wanted completed. A detailed quote followed so we understood exactly what it covered (in comparison to other vague and generalised quotes we received) and an installation appointment arranged. Dan and Dylan who installed the boiler, worked tirelessly and showed great expertise and professionalism plus good humour and understanding throughout the process. Flooring protection was put down and everything kept tidy throughout the job and all rubbish was taken away at the end. Dan ensured we were up and running and knew how to program and operate system. I bought a Firebelly wood burner from Plumbwise Wales and I was really pleased with the service. They are a local plumbing centre which is open to the public and their sales staff are really friendly. If you dont understand something they are happy to explain. I wanted a wood burner to help reduce my central heating bills but I didnt have clue about them! They advised me on the best one for my room and they also offer an installation service which was great as I didnt know anyone who could fit it for me. They have a website where you can buy from them if you are not near Neath. I love my Firebelly wood burner and I'd recommend them! More...
