Excellent soft play we come over from fife, very reasonable and the food is fantastic. All the staff are very friendly and nothing is any bother! Would highly recommend

I am perhaps unusual in that I bring my toddler here so I can work (I'm self employed). I have access to WiFi and my son loves running about and meeting other children. It can feel a bit hectic on busy days but the staff always do their best to find you a seat/table. I would definitely recommend to my friends (and have done!). More...

First visit today with a couple of friends and our 6-8 month olds and very impressed! Plenty of seating, high chairs and a cosy contained space for the wee ones with plenty of toys to keep them happy! Very clean (and I am super fussy). Nice baked goods and lovely coffee. My favourite softplay by far! The staff are so lovely, and it's always very clean, plus the food is good and the coffee is great. They really don't make a big deal about you going over 2 hours, only if it's v busy, which it has been with the recent bad weather. We love playbugs. Our 2.5year old, Bette, asks to go here most days....although we resist (to every 2nd day). The entry price is beyond reasonable. ..the food is fab, with a good vegetarian selection (no chips, fruit shoots or fried foods which is a welcome treat!)...coffee and cakes are delish. The softplay itself is always clean and we very rarely get limited to 2 hour slots off peak. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Lovely little softplay...beats the big chain softplays by far for us. More...

Lovely soft play and very clean and well presented. Its also very reasonably priced and just the right size for my 2&half old. He loves it here and since we only live a few villages away we go quite often. Food is lovely and also reasonably priced. Perks are that they also do a loyalty card scheme and the entry price is cheaper up until 11am. Xx More...

Had my sons 6th birthday party at playbugs (paid a tad more to have it to ourselves) but would recommend as the women were amazing and done everything for us. We absolutely love this place. The kids have a ball in the clean soft play area, it's the only soft play area that I ever felt comfortable bringing my twins to on my own when they were around 2. Other soft play areas are too large and busy and the children could easily sneak to the entrances at most places. Not here. The food is lovely and healthy and so very fresh. The caramel crispy cake is the best. Would most definately reccommend here for children of all ages. More...

Had my wee girls 3rd birthday party here at the weekend and she had an absolute ball! staff were amazing and so kind and friendly and always asking if we needed anything! They were fab with the kids aswell and made everyone feel very welcome! The soft play is fab for kids and it's a great size! Nice being able to watch the kids play and not disappear out of view. Great for bringing 2 kids of different ages as the play areas are next to each other. Bit cold and could do with seating to read the books provided, like bean bags. Couldn't see any signs for WiFi which is always helpful. Could add in some imaginative play toys near where the books are, that would be lovely too. More...

The toddler area is fun with a tunnel and slide. The bigger slides are hard to get to and require an adult to go in the soft play to help them. A nice place to take the kids, as the food is also nice, and decently priced. More...

Had a party today and everyone was amazing, staff were absolutely fantastic and went above my expectations.

Would definitely recommend for a party and I will be back again next year!

Great soft play facility. Been lots of times before but held our daughter's 5th birthday party here on Sunday afternoon. Staff who were on, ran the party for us, food was good quality, those who did tattoos and face painting were great with the children, despite it being the second party that afternoon, and the grandparents enjoyed the coffee! The options of supplying invitations and party bags really was great and we were able to add our own gifts to the bags. Thanks to all- my daughter and her friends had a ball. More...

Kids love it here.... good choice of snacks too, although can get quite pricey by end of the two hours!
