What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is working with different people. I enjoy learning about different businesses and get a real buzz when I can see my work making a difference to a business in terms of its culture, profitability and growth.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started Platinum HR as I recognised that not all businesses want or need a permanent HR function, as long as they had access to expert HR advice and support as and when they needed it. The business works with small and medium sized businesses in many areas of HR to ensure that their people practices are first rate, improving company culture and engagement and reducing any legal risks.
