Just to say a big thank you to Stuart and his team for an excellent service for our wedding. A very good service from booking the cars and Stuart for contacting beforehand to confirm the day and times. They were very punctual from arriving at the house, the church and onto the venue. Both cars were fantastic and having the Phantom and S class were a good choice for the day. To finish off, I dropped my phone in the car and didn't know until the car had left. We contacted Stuart regarding this, and he kindly posted it back to me free of charge.Thank you once again to Stuart and his driver for an excellent service, and I highly recommend them for the service and the cost. A BIG THANK YOU to Stuart and Habib for providing a 1st class service for our wedding a few weeks ago. From the first contact call to Stuart, he was very professional and was understanding about pick ups and times. Habib was fantastic and very cool on the day and was not worried about hanging around for a while as guests took time to turn up for the reception. I made a mistake by leaving my phone in the car, which we found out whilst on honeymoon. They posted it back to me free of charge which was very kind !!. Stuart provided our wedding car last year and we were so impressed by him that we also used his company to provide our airport transfers for our belated honeymoon. We cannot praise Stuart highly enough. He is thoroughly professional in both his manner and appearance, and is a true gentleman being smart, polite, reliable, punctual, easy to talk to, and a very safe driver. He was completely calm when we forgot our bouquets and had to return to the house. He also knew the local roads and how to avoid the traffic caused by an event close to our wedding venue. We felt truly cared for on our special day. His cars were spotless and amazingly comfortable, and were beautifully decorated with ivory ribbons on our wedding day. I booked a car for my son's wedding at the last minute and over the telephone as I live about 150 miles away from where the wedding eventually took place. Platinum Cars and Stuart in particular were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was arranged/organised down to the last detail, including colour of ribbons and complimentary Champagne for the newlyweds. My son had a prom to go to and the school said that all students have to make their own way to the venue. I don't drive so I thought it would have to be a local cab. That wasn't good enough for him so I started to look around at luxury car hire. After emailing several companies and having a cardiac at some of the prices, I decided to go with Platinum Cars. No regrets! I would highly recommend because Stuart and his staff have been brilliant, kind, caring and courteous. My son and I arrived in style and a few chins hit the floor as Stuart drove the Rolls Royce Phantom up to the front door. A beautiful car which just glides soundlessly. Platinum Cars provided the transport for my wedding on Saturday 8th April 2017. The service was faultless. Stuart was a pleasure to deal with from the very first phone call. Nothing was too much trouble, be was such a gentleman. Just a matter of days before the wedding he was able to (due to a change in family circumstances) lay on an additional car. On the day itself the cars were immaculate, dressed with wedding colour coordinated bows and ribbons. Our General Manager was travelling to Heathrow Airport and requested a car service, I looked around and got in touch with Platinum Cars. Stuart rang me back and was very pleasant and accommodating. When the driver arrived to pick up our manager, he was early and stood, smartly dressed and patiently, in the cold. Stuart's arrival was punctual and he even helped carry all our suitcases to the car, he was absolutely fantastic , we didn't have to lift a finger and he even poured our champagne for us . The journey was seamless and oh so comfy in the Chrysler Voyager and when we arrived at Gatwick he off loaded all our luggage for us too.
