What do you love most about your job?
We are grateful to have the opputunity and privilege to help some of the most vaulnarable people at a time when they need the most help and support.
We help people stay at home - Why?
Because Most people would rather be cared for in their own home rather than a residential or nursing home.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our own family members had Live-in carers, and we saw first hand how it helped protect their independence, kept them safe and immensly enhanced their quality of their lives. Now we want to do the same for the others to ensure they recieve the same support at home
Why should our clients choose you?
Pinnacle Caring is an independent homecare provider and that provides the freedom lacking from majority care providers. We do not mass hire carer to meet any obligatory demand from the franchise owner or the local authority. We recruit quality carer and we are only obligated to the needs of our service users.

Live-in carers live with clients at their own home, so our service is provided remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We carry out lateral flow tests every day before the begining of the shifts for all of our location, in addition we supply all locations with PPE and hand sanitizer. Our staff also undergo regular training updates and promots via sms messeges on infection control to protect clients againts Covid-19.
