We offer a first stage process where we can get to know you and your project better and you can see if you like our ideas and can ask us questions about your project and the general process.

This service is call our 'Architects Home Visit' and is in effect feasibility analysis to help you with the 3 main elements of the project that need to be right before embarking on detailed design work, these are as follows:

- How much will my project cost
- How long will it take to complete my project
- What designs and layouts are achievable

In summary we will complete the following for you:

- Visit to your home to take some essential dimension to base our design layouts from. Please also let us know if you have any estate agents plans as these can save some time.
- Produce 2 x sketch plan options (these are black and white plans only, no external views or elevations are priced for). We will incorporate your ideas and also create some new ideas for discussion.
- Run 2 x cost projections for the 2 schemes above. This gives an indication of fees and build costs and will allow you to choose the option that provides you with best value and allows you to make decisions about raising finance.
- Plot a programme that is specific to your project so that you can see how the process will flow and how long everything will take.
- Answer any of your questions about the process that you may have.
- Zoom call in order to present and discuss the information presented.

This will enable you to start your project in the right direction armed with the knowledge of which design will work best, how much it will cost and how long it will take.
