What do you love most about your job?
We love to deliver compassionate care that our clients deserve and we stand by this philosophy and it shows in everything that we do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having had family and friends unable to be discharged from hospital because of lack of services, we felt moved to provide a service that bridges this gap.
Furthermore, many people generally prefer to be in the comfort of their home, with their surroundings, granted it can be lonely and difficult thats where Pimelea comes in.
Why should our clients choose you?
Pimelea Cares for its people. We love what we do and do it with so much compassion. We understand that the people we are care are not just another human being but Natalies Nana, or Jacobs Mum, or Mionas Dad or Sarahs Friend.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have Sufficient stock of PPE and other infection control supplies together which the staff will use at all times to ensure your safety.

The small company provides a superior service all around you can trust. At the heart of what we do is the patient, so we are dedicated to delivering a person-centred domiciliary care service, providing quality, compassionate care that meets their individual needs.
This includes Personal Care, Housework, Grocery Shopping, Errands and Meal Preparation including Pet Care.
Companionship
At Pimelea we understand the importance of a simple conservation with another person and the positive effects that has on health. Thats why it's imperative for us to communicate this service to our clients. We are also able to assist with hobbies and crafts, leisure activities such as going to the cinema, or to a game of Bridge. We do offer support with other activities such as reading, making appointments and subsequently accompanying too. However our services are not limited to the above only. At Pimelea we know how nerve wrecking it is for individuals and their families members to find specialist services. Which is why Pimelea goes the extra mile to provide a range of specialist services that range from Dementia and Alzheimer's Services to Palliatve and end of life care.
