Hi Claire & Cherry,
I really enjoyed the Barre Pilates Method Teachers Workshop on Sunday 11th February, thank you so much.
I woke up the next morning completely pain free (much to my surprise!) However, it didn’t last. My butt cheeks were the first to say ‘Hello’ swiftly followed by all 3 parts of my traps along with all the other muscles between & around my shoulder blades.
Bless your hearts, I love it when I ache! (Sad, I know)

Been taking Pilates classes here for 3 months now and it has made a big difference to me. I had endured postural back pain for the last decade and tried nearly every proposed remedy. I hadn't tried personal training before, but I decided I needed the discipline and it has really borne fruit. Claire has tailored our classes to specifically address my postural problems (something difficult in a group class) and has been happy to take photographs of my progress to prove the results. I have found that the classes are now beginning affect other sporting activities, particularly my swimming which has significantly benefited from an increase in my core strength. More...
