I would thoroughly recommend Pilates plus Physio Edinburgh. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and the variety of content within the classes even after 3 years of going is commendable and really enjoyable too!

I have been going to the Pilates classes for a couple of years now and would thoroughly recommend them. They are taken by Physiotharapists who explain the exercises clearly and keep a close eye on everyone for correct posture , position etc. The classes are fun and seem to keep all the old joints working.
