About

I set up Pilates for Fitness in 2006 with the aim of offering Pilates mat classes in Farnham and Odiham. I have helped many clients achieve their fitness goals and also helped them to make Pilates part of their everyday lives. I currently teach mat classes in Odiham on a Monday morning and in Farnham on Monday evening, Tuesday lunchtime and Friday morning.

Pilates For Fitness is a lovely class. Very professional but fun and friendly as well. I enjoy it a lot.

Q&As

I love being able to help people especially when they come to me with back, neck or shoulder injuries/problems. It's fantastic to see people progressing and gaining strength and I get many compliments from people who had thought that they would never return to previous levels of fitness.

I have been practicing Pilates myself for over 20 years and I was working in The City as a Project Manager for an IT company when I started my family. I wanted to leave the City and do something that would fit in better with having young children. It's also fantastic to be able to say that my job helps me to keep fit as well!

I have a wealth of experience having taught Pilates for over 12 years. I'm also a keen sportswoman (I do triathlons) so I understand how Pilates can compliment other forms of exercise. I have also had three children so I am very knowledgeable about the issues surrounding pregnancy and can help anyone who is either pregnant or post natal to enjoy Pilates safely. Many of my clients are from an older age category so I also understand the importance of helping people with limited mobility to enjoy Pilates.
