We dealt with Ryan at our first consultation and Steven when finalising in the showroom. We are doing a house renovation and have been dealing with many companies. If you are looking for a professional kitchen company with a high end product then look no further. Ryan and Steven were very helpful from the first meeting in our home. There knowledge, attention to detail and customer service was to the highest of standards. Pilastri are not the cheapest the Kitchen Company but there products and service outweigh any other companies we have ever used. From our first meeting with Ryan he put our mind at ease with his professionalism and knowledge, the highest standard of customer service was very clear from the get go. The fitting team & surveyor couldn’t have been any better. Steven was on hand throughout the full process checking in daily to ensure everything ran smoothly.
