Seen as though they blocked my profile and I’ll do this on my dads.. rang up and went to the store a month ago for 10,000 leaflets printing, got told it was no problem what I wanted and that it wouldn’t be long. I needed these for my business so I can bring in more custom, I purposely made it in my schedule so that I had a full week to go canvassing but anyway I had to do nothing all week seen as though after waiting a month they didn’t even make a start on my order. To make all this better after waiting a month I never got a single message about anything, I was constantly chasing them up for info which I never got and then they tried saying my order was difficult.. I had screenshots of the leaflets I wanted printing with every little detail already on it, all they had to do was copy it and print it but all I got was excuses. I understand things happen but when you get crappy customer service and a lot of bad excuses that don’t make sense and then blocked because they had messed me about it makes you think how many other people they’ve blocked from writing an honest review too here’s pics of the converstion from start to finish, see for yourself just how bad this “company” is.. oh and it’s bad when a printing company tells you to use another printing company instead of them More...

After an error by someone else the staff at Picson worked wonders to alter the lettering on my shirt. If anyone wants printing doing, this is definitely the place to travel to.
