I suppose the pandemic affected supply of materials on occasion.
Sometimes communication was a bit problematic.

Andrew & Phoenix Building Projects provided a first class work ethic from start to finish, the communication was faultless, the work force: Always punctual, very polite and mannerly at all times.
The quality of work and material was of the highest standard and quality, as you would expect from an all trades company. The completed job had added features based on advice from the workforce who suggested new Ideas to enhance an already lovely job. The price was a little more expensive than other quotes but in our opinion worth every penny of the extra for a fantastic experience from start to finish.

How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Firstly you would need to have at the very least a visual check to make sure its structurally sound
Check how the new room would be accessed from the main house without causing too much disruption
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Apply for building warrant
Strip out existing
Build up old gargae door
form new windows
install damp course
carry out plumbing heating & electical installation
supply new insulation as per current legeslation
new framing and plasterboard ahead of skim coat plaster
joinery finishings including flooring and doors etc
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Any competent builder would check the existibg steucture, size of exiatibg joists, roof structure if its manufactured trusses then its normaly imposible without major financial implications

Insulation to floor roof
Form outer studs
Insulate remainder of loft
