Amazing customer service, even after years!! My car died on me today and when I called for help they were there within 5mins to get me back on the road. In a world where people are quick to complain, myself included, I just had to post about my amazing experience with the Philip Petersen team in Bangor yesterday! I bought a Suzuki Alto here a few years ago, which has since been adopted by my dad. Yesterday after they collected my niece from my sisters house for baby sitting duties, they found themselves stranded when the car wouldn't restart later in the day. After a bit of a panic, I thought I'd give the team a ring on the off chance they could advise on what to do. The service was amazing, nothing was too much trouble, and in the end, they actually drove out to mum and dads house and got the car restarted for them again - the house is by no means "around the corner" in any way, and is about a 15-20 minute drive, so needless to say, they really went out of their way to help!

Thank you so much to the team for being so kind and helping in their hour of need. Too many times have I experienced terrible after sales service when purchasing a car, but you really went over and above yesterday and we were so grateful � More...

I have been a fan of Philip Petersen and the suzuki range since I had my first swift about 10 years ago.since then I have had an Alto and now a Splash. The dealers itself is situated in a very accessible part of Bangor and it's hard not to see the most recent deal that they have to offer.The staff are very welcoming and competent  in what they do. The service department remind you when your "Precious " is due it's yearly check and offer a £10 discount  to regular customers.They service all makes of cars at a basic charge of £99 .The showroom is clean and bright with a good display of all makes of Suzuki and the sales staff are very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting you to make the right choice..There is a waiting area with television and free tea/coffee to make the wait a comfortable experience.
