Having used PGI Bathrooms for a replacement en suite earlier in the year, we had no hesitation is using Paul and his team again for a replacement bathroom. The workmanship and level of expertise are first class. Paul project manages from day one (as well as being the plumbing expert) and gives lots of advice as to changing layouts etc. His team are all professional, courteous, friendly and trustworthy. Paul and his team upgraded our bathroom and ensuite. We were very pleased with the results. Paul was professional, reliable, extremely trustworthy and always left the rooms in as tidier condition as possible. The project became larger than originally anticipated due to the workmanship of the previous installers only 6 years previous. Can[t sing Paul and his team's praises enough. Totally stripped out a very tired old bathroom and totally transformed the bathroom into my sanctuary. They were all very professional, friendly and top notch in installing my high end bathroom. They were flexible and helpful if asked to do little extras and also in offering ideas if they thought they might be an improvement. Unit fitting and plumbing excellent. So pleased to have used Paul for this job. He gave us confidence, put us at ease, he was able to give us recent jobs to look at. Did the whole job from removing a wall, plastering, tiling, installing units etc all tradesmen involved were courteous, friendly, efficient and tidy. We haven’t had to worry about anything. It’s taken three weeks from start to finish but given the scope of work it’s been very thorough and all gave attention to detail. Not paid a penny until the job was completed.
