Matt Wall had recently come in to mine to inspect the loft over a rat. I found Matt to be reliable, professional and passionate with what he does. I contacted Matt to see if he could help my parents rehome approximately 100 Rudd fish. My parents were already so stressed out from their property being flooded and now their large garden pond had a leak so it was decided that rehoming the fish would be in everyone’s best interest. But we didn’t know where to start. Matt was so helpful, he went away and done some research and came back to me later that day. Unfortunately, Matt was unable to take the fish himself as it is an offence to release fish into the wild, but Matt didn’t stop there he went above and beyond and within 24hours, Matt provided me with four contact numbers of people who are interested in rehoming the fish within their own ponds/lakes. A week later all the fish are rehomed at no cost to my parents as Matt ensured that the collectors knew that they needed to net and transport the fish themselves to say my parents are thankful is an understatement. Matt is the best in the biz, bar none 💯 Having moved to the countryside recently, we soon discovered the previous owners had an ongoing issue with mice. We’d had 3 pest control companies out prior to Matt who were all useless and failed at getting the issue under control. Matt came out, did a full assessment of the property, spent hours thoroughly checking for entry points, laid bait, dust, etc and had it completely under control after proofing identified entry points within 2 visits.
