Petra were absolutely fabulous at fitting myself and my friend in at such last minute! It was no problem for them to move appointments around even with staff shortages! Loved getting my hair cut by Nniall who offered me a wee dram and advised me on the health of my hair as well as products I could use and should avoid to make my hair healthier, as well as the great service and banter he gave me one of the best haircuts I've had in a while will definitely return. 10/10

We went to Petra last month to get glammed up for a hen party, hair and makeup. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing and really kicked off our hen party. We all left looking and feeling amazing and ready to party thanks to the glasses of bubbles provided and DJ in the salon. today at Petra salon almost felt like a day out. felt spoilt and looked after and the staff were absolutely beautiful and friendly. I went in there not actually liking to look at myself in the mirror and came out and walk through the city feeling like a million dollars. I booked via 5pm as was attending an event in Glasgow. Initially there was a mix up in the booking but the salon owner went over and above to rectify the situation. I had my roots done blow dry and a free make up to compensate for the mix up. The salon itself is lovely and so easy to find for an out of towner. Very central. Had an Itison voucher to use as a pre-baby treat. Jordan was amazing and really lovely. The whole experience was really professional and friendly- not that awkward chat you can get in some places. The cut was fab- she really listened but also gave advice about post birth care and the realities of what that might look like with my hair/what I can do about it. She has a real attention to detail without being stuffy about it. The head massage was amazing and the whole hairwashing/massage experience didn’t feel rushed which can often happen elsewhere.The style and layout of the salon is lovely with bright, natural light and good tunes- a real hidden gem in the city. I much prefer the atmosphere to some of the other,bigger chain salons in Glasgow. Really worth trying. I’ll definitely be back! More...

I got an Itison voucher for a balayage colour and cut and blow dry. On booking the communication service was excellent. The salon is super stylish and i was made to feel welcome and relaxed. The girls who cut and coloured my hair (Chloe & Jordan) are very knowledgeable and professional, they listened to what i was after and i came away with a new hairstyle i was over the moon with.
