Only had two sessions so far but he has done well to take into account how out of shape I am. He pushes me to try my hardest. Overall a great PT instructor I would recommend to anyone who needs that push to try their best. More...

I have always been up and down with my weight and after shedding some pounds I needed to take it to the next level. I saw Peters leaflet and contacted him . We met at his gym to talk through exactly what I wamted to get from the sessions and Peter put a plan together. Peter is friendly relaxed, and very professional. I go three times a week. The gym is suitable for all ages and ideal for nervous people who want to get fit and lose weight but just don't know where to start. I find the hour sessions great seeing it's one on one. So if you are worried and feel intimidated about working out surrounded by others you definitely won't find that at Peter 's gym . Like I said the sessions are friendly, relaxed and very professional. I would definitely recommend Peter. 5 out of 5 for sure. More...

I've been training with Peter for around 4 months, primarily with a view to improving my strength, to counter the effect of my long term health condition. Peter has created a flexible plan which can be varied depending on the effects of my condition. He offers a calm, supportive environment in which to train and I would definitely recommend Peter. Hi, I had been considering looking into getting fitter, after 45 it’s been a slow but steady decline 😬, Peters add popped up on my feed, we spoke so he had an idea of what I wanted to achieve, met up a few days later, ran though things, and I started the following week
I’ve only been going three weeks, I do go twice a week, in that time my personal transformation has taken massive steps,everything is demonstrated so you know what to do, the hour session seems like five minutes, what works really well is the constant encouragement along with subtle pushing you further
Would I recommend Peter - definitely 👍

I guide them through an agreed upon programme that gets altered depending on their progress/goals. I take them through the various exercises via concise demonstrations and act as motivation and support for all so important last few reps
