Really quick response time and a visit, to ensure they could meet our unique needs as well as provide carers who were happy to do the job.
The attitude of the manager makes a refreshing change to other agencies I have used in the past.
They obviously care very deeply for both their staff and clients.
This shows in the carer we have been provided with and I am very happy with the service so far.
