By designing personalised training programmes for every client based on their current abilities and goals. 1:1 training sessions in the gym make sure you go the full mile, not cutting corners.
I find that clients knowing that their trainers are constantly monitoring their progress make them want to achieve their goals as knowbody likes loosing.

Having the right trainer design the right program and most of all putting in 100% effort, especially in nutrition.
At the end of the day you get out the equivalent to what you put in, your Trainer can’t do the exercise or cooking for you so commitment is essential.

Looking back on where a client started and how far they’ve come down to me, getting people exercising who thought they couldn’t do much because of medical issues and seeing niggling medical issues go away down to my prescription programs.

Iv worked in gyms for 12 years, starting PT, giving them over 50% of my earnings I realised that PT was the area of the job I liked doing most not going into management.
So I wanted to expand, offering PT in other local areas, which steadily grew and took over into my main job.
I also then did additional training and teach a few classes a week.

Not to blow my own trumpet but I think and my clients think I’m very good at my job.
With me you will get a prescription program designed just for you not a generic one size fits all. During 1:1 sessions I constantly monitor and progress, if something isn’t working it’s changed, if a client doesn’t get on with a particular exercise it’s changed, it’s not a stuck in stone program for 12weeks like some. I also think i gain a good rapport with client which is an integral part to training someone in my opinion, your not going to train well if your not looking forward to going and seeing your trainer.
